Update the billing information for your Welcome to the Jungle subscription 🧾

💡 If you wish to change the billing information for your Welcome to the Jungle subscription, then this article is for you!

🛠 Access the "Billing" section in the Admin Space

Your billing information is available from your Admin Space.

Warning! To access the organization settings and the “Billing” tab, you must have the "Billing Manager" role in your organization.

In the bottom left-hand corner, click on your avatar, then on "Organization settings", then on "Billing":

✍️ Change your billing information

Once on the Billing tab, you can update your billing information: e-mail address on which you want to receive the invoices, company address, VAT number..

A new page opens, in which you can edit all the information, and finally click on "Update":

If your company is domiciled in France, the VAT number appears after you have filled in the "Country" field.

To add your VAT number, fill in only the digits without adding "FR" and without spaces.

Your billing information is now updated!
