Candidates registered on Welcome to the Jungle
Welcome Sourcing currently gives you access to a database of more than 20 million talents, combining profiles registered on Welcome to the Jungle and an external database.
Within this combined pool, the Welcome to the Jungle database includes 2,5 million talents: these are candidates who have created an account directly on the platform and are active within our ecosystem.
Advantages of this database:
- Complete profiles with detailed information provided by candidates themselves.
- Ability to contact candidates directly on the platform.
- Generally higher response rates, as candidates are engaged in the Welcome to the Jungle ecosystem.

The extended database via our external partner
This database comes from a partnership with a resume library and offers a much larger talent pool.
This extended database gives you access to 18,5 million qualified talents after filtering based on our quality criteria (complete work experience and precise location as a minimum):
- 7,3 million based in France.
- 11,2 million based in the United Kingdom.
Contacting a profile from the extended database
Talents in the external database cannot be contacted directly on the platform, as they do not have a Welcome to the Jungle account.
Here's how to proceed:
- Via the "Reveal" button: Click on this button located below the talent's name.
- For 100% of profiles, you will have access to the LinkedIn URL.
- For 20% of profiles, you may obtain an email address and/or phone number (depending on what is publicly available).
- Contact outside the platform: Use the revealed contact details (email, phone) or contact the talent directly via LinkedIn.
Database updates
The external talent database is updated monthly to ensure you always have access to up-to-date information.
💡 Our recommendation: when you identify a duplicate, prioritize the profile from the Welcome to the Jungle database. You can enrich your outreach message with personalized content from your company profile. Additionally, we observe a significantly higher response rate on the platform.

- What should I do if I find the same candidate in both databases? Always prioritize the profile from the Welcome to the Jungle database: the information is more complete and the response rate is better, as the candidate is active on our platform.
- How are talents in the external database filtered? Only profiles that include work experience, a precise location, and that match the sectors and roles for which our clients are recruiting are retained.
