The matching system reviews all available jobs every time you update your profile. It does not make arbitrary pre-selections: it ranks jobs according to their relevance to you. The more complete your profile and the more accurately it reflects your aspirations, the more precise the recommendations.
Broadening your results with filters
Filters are still available to refine or broaden your search. You'll find them in the panel on the left of your results on a desktop, or at the bottom of the screen on mobile.
Job title: This filter works like the old search bar. You can enter multiple keywords related to your profession, with even more flexibility than before.
Company type: Enter your preferences in terms of size, industry, values, culture, or benefits. Customize it based on what truly matters to you.
