Talent Sourcing is a powerful tool that enables you to search for and contact qualified candidates directly from yourAdministrator Area . This feature helps you identify the best profiles according to your recruitment needs, thanks to advanced filters and artificial intelligence.

Talent Sourcing is a paid feature. To purchase a license, please contact your account manager.
Available access types
Recruiter access:
- Paid license giving full access to all Sourcing tool features
- Allows you to search, select and contact talent
Guest access:
- Free access with limited features
- View existing projects and their details (associated job posts, shortlisted talents, etc.)
- Access information about talent in the shortlist or those already contacted
- Available only if your company already has a Recruiter license on Sourcing
⚠️ Only an Administrator or a member with the "Collaborator Management" role has the necessary permissions to modify access to the platform's various products.
⚙️ Access the Sourcing area
The Sourcing feature is available from the main menu of yourAdministrator area , under the "Recruiting" section. You will be redirected to your dashboard and can start your talent search!
🫴 The 3 search methods
1. Source any talent
This method allows you to find talent with the help of our AI. To start a search, you should give the AI at least:
- A job title
- A seniority level
You can also add other elements such as location, diploma or desired skills to refine your search.
Our AI will analyze your request, pre-fill the various search filters and propose a list of talent matching your search.
⚠️ Searches are not saved. If some profiles catch your interest, add them to your shortlist before leaving the interface or deleting your search.
2. Source for a job
The search filters will be applied automatically according to the context of the job and will help you quickly view the different talent in your results.
You can always edit the filters to refine your search.
3. Source similar talent
With this method, you enter the URL of a profile found on social networks and we suggest talent with similar profiles and skills.

Talent Sourcing has several filters to adjust your criteria:
- Job title: corresponds to the role/profession you're looking for
- Location: select a city with a search radius
- Remote work: proposed remote/in-office options
- Talent Status:
- Actively job hunting: proactive talent, highly receptive to opportunities
- Open to opportunities: receptive to opportunities without taking an active approach
- Last activity: time of last connection to the Welcome to the Jungle Candidate space and profile update
- Seniority: talent experience level
- Job Type: type of contract offered
- Skills: software, tools and skills required
- Keywords: additional information searched for in profiles
- Languages: spoken languages required for the position
- Annual salary: maximum budget considered
💡 Talent profiles come from the Welcome to the Jungle database! They are all users who have created a Candidate account on our website and completed their profile themselves.
👀 View and analyze a talent profile
To view the details of a profile, click directly on the name of the talent or on the "Contact" button. The profile will unfold on the right-hand side of your screen:
Information available on each profile:
- The criteria that match with the job and your filters
- The job you're looking for
- The experience and skills
- The education
- Resources such as resumes, social networks or websites
💡 The seniority, skills and salary range indicated on talent profiles are declarative, meaning that talent have indicated this information themselves when completing their profile.
We advise you to contact talent directly via Sourcing Talent to add elements to your showcase that will enhance your Employer Brand.
The addition of personalized content, such as interviews with your collaborators, increases the response rate of talent by up to 40%..
