Our matching system intelligently combines all these criteria to suggest the best opportunities for you.
How does it work?
The algorithm compares:
- Your profile (experience, skills, education, languages) with the job requirements (responsibilities, missions, required skills).
- Your preferences (contract type, salary, location, remote work, company size, industry) with the job and company characteristics.
- Your aspirations (ideal company description, values, culture) with the available employer brand information.

Soon, from each match, you will be able to access an AI agent that helps you understand why this job was selected by our matching algorithm. This also helps you prepare your application more effectively.
This AI-powered feature will be accessible by clicking the "Why is this a match?" button on a job post card.
You will be able to:
- View the points of correspondence between your profile and the role.
- Identify your strengths for this opportunity.
- Understand the matching criteria used.
- Make more informed decisions before applying.
🏢 Can I browse companies without a match?
Yes, you keep free access to companies!
Without an account, you can:
- Search for companies and browse their company profiles.
- View the full list of open jobs at a company from its profile (even if you are not a match).
- Access a job description from an external platform (LinkedIn, career site, etc.).
With a connected account, you can also:
- Save jobs to find them again later.
- Apply for opportunities.
- Browse your personalized job search results.
