Your applications are strictly confidential. Here is what you need to know:
- You are the only one with access to your application tracker: your application history is visible to you only.
- Each company only sees the application you send to them: when you apply, the company receives only the information you provided in the application form (resume, cover letter, questionnaire answers, and contact details).
- Other companies have no visibility into your applications: each application is independent and remains confidential from other companies on the platform.
Rest assured: you can apply to as many jobs as you like without recruiters knowing where else you have applied! 💪
👤 Sharing your profile with recruiters
Beyond the applications you submit, you have the option to make your candidate profile visible to recruiters on Welcome to the Jungle. This option allows you to be contacted directly by companies whose profile you match.
How do you manage your profile visibility?
The "My status" section, available in the "Profile" tab of your Candidate space, lets you choose whether or not your profile is visible to recruiters.
Available options:
- "Available" or "On standby": your profile becomes visible to recruiters, who can contact you directly if they find your background interesting.
- "Not available": your profile remains confidential and invisible to recruiters. Only the companies you have actively applied to will have access to the information shared in your application form.
⚠️ Important: even if your profile is visible, companies do not see your application history. They only see the information you have chosen to make public on your profile.
