Setting up the job posts synchronization between Indeed x Welcome to the Jungle 🤔

🖇️ How to activate the job posts synchronization ?

👀 On the recruiter's side

🔎 Thanks to our ATS, you can set up a career site, which is mandatory to receive applications from job boards other than Welcome to the Jungle. All Welcome to the Jungle customers can set up a career website free of charge ; the level of customization of which will depend on the customer's subscription.

 

⚠️ In order to multi-post your jobs on Indeed, you must have an Indeed account that allows you to post Sponsored Jobs.

 

Here are the steps to enable Indeed to pull in the jobs posted on your career website

• Create a career website from within Welcome to the Jungle Solutions, or if you already have one, make sure it's up to date.
• Publish your jobs on your career website
• At Indeed, contact your Sales representative, CSM, or the support team on this link.
• Share the link to your career website with Indeed (e.g. https://nomdedomaine.welcomekit) 

Once these steps are done, Indeed will run a quality audit of your job posts, in line with their terms and conditions. The jobs posted on your career website should be available on Indeed within 5 business days if there are no discrepancies.

 

Some advice from Indeed on how to write your posts:

• Job posts must mention "M/F" in their titles (mandatory).
• Internship or apprenticeship jobs must mention the salary (mandatory)
• Job posts must not mention location in the job title (mandatory)
• Gendered posts will not be published: e.g. Midwife

💡 Don't hesitate to ask Indeed to provide you with all the requirements for posting jobs on their job board.

 

👀 On the candidate's side

The process for a candidate to find your job post on Indeed is very easy. By clicking on the "apply" button, they'll be required to log in to Indeed and redirected to the application form (since 2022, candidates must be connected to Indeed to apply for jobs).

 

Once connected to Indeed, candidates who click on the "Apply" button on your job post will be automatically redirected to your career website.
💡 If you have a Pro, Pro + or Master subscription, candidates will even be able to access all your employer brand content created by Welcome to the Jungle, from your career website ; here's a demo.

 

📊Taking advantage of the statistics in the Welcome to the Jungle ATS

🔒 Only companies with a Pro+ or Master plan have access to these statistics.

Candidates who follow the path described above will be identified as such in the ATS statistics section.

2 tracking codes have been set up between Welcome to the Jungle & Indeed:

• IndeedOfficial for "classic" job posts
• IndeedSponsored for job posts "sponsored" by Indeed
