How to delete the email templates saved on your Welcome to the Jungle Solutions ATS? π«

π‘ If you want to sort out your saved email templates, and delete those that are obsolete, then this article is for you.
Access the email templates π¬
You can access your email templates by logging in to your Welcome to the Jungle Solutions ATS space.
Once you have logged in, click on "Settings" and then in "Email templates".
Once this is done, you should find all your email templates:
If you want to create a new template, here's how !
β οΈ Good to know:
- Only the "Application received" template is automated on the ATS. It is not possible to automate other templates for now, nor to set it up on another column of the pipeline.

The "default rejection email" template works with the "Refuse and send an email" button available directly on a candidate's file:
Delete an email template π«
To delete one of these templates, click on the chosen template and then on the "Delete" button at the top right-hand corner
To confirm the deletion, click on "OK" when this window appears:
Your template has now been deleted from your space!
β οΈ This action cannot be reversed! If you delete templates, we encourage you to be cautious and to make sure that you reply to all the applications you receive.
