Help for Ukraine: publish your offers on the job board Jobs For Ukraine 🇺🇦

    The initiative

    At Welcome to the Jungle, we stand in solidarity with Ukraine.

    Given the impact of the conflict on civilian population and the scale of the emerging refugee crisis, we want to contribute to the humanitarian response efforts by making available a job board that will help Ukrainian job seekers find a new job in our country.

    For companies who have open positions, we have created Jobs for Ukraine. You can now easily join the job board and publish an unlimited number of offers, for free.

    :warning:  Please post on this job board only positions who are fully available for foreigners and non-french speakers. Jobs details should be as accurate as possible to facilitate the match: please always specify the location and the language(s) required for the role.

     

    How it works 

    Here is the procedure to post a job on our job board for Ukrainian refugees.

    To post jobs and internships for free on Jobs For Ukraine, you need to use Welcome to the Jungle Solutions ATS, our ATS that allows recruiters to post unlimited jobs and manage each application in an efficient and collaborative way.

    Here are the steps to follow:

     

    If you do not have a Welcome to the Jungle Solutions ATS account:

    ⚠️ Important: Make sure no one on your team has an account before creating one!

    1. Request your account creation via this typeform.

    2. Receive a confirmation email when your account is created.

    3. Log in to Welcome to the Jungle Solutions ATS and follow the process to publish your offers.

    4. Select the job board "Jobs for Ukraine" in step "Visibility".

     

    5. Find your offers on the job board and follow the applications via Welcome to the Jungle Solutions ATS!

     

    If you already have a Welcome to the Jungle Solutions ATS account:

    1. Log in to your account at this link.

    2. Follow the usual process to publish your job offers and select the job board "Jobs for Ukraine" in step 3.

    ⚠️ You don’t need to ask for the access to this job board: it is automatically available to all companies on Welcome Kit!

    3. Find your offers on the job board and follow the applications via Welcome to the Jungle Solutions ATS!

     

    :warning: At the moment, you can post your jobs on this job board only via Welcome to the Jungle Solutions ATS. If you use an external ATS, or a multiposting tool, you will not find "Jobs for Ukraine" in the advertising options. We are working to make this job board as accessible as possible, work in progress!
