💡 Are you experiencing a problem when logging in Welcome Kit? We're here to help you!
⚠️ If you see a message saying "The invitation token provided is not valid"
- It may mean that you have already logged into Welcome Kit. Click on "Login" (If you forgot your password, let the screen instructions guide you!).
- Or that the invitation link has expired and is no longer valid. Ask an administrator in your company to generate the invitation again. You can also contact us on the chat widget at the bottom of the page.
⚠️ If you do not receive the email containing the password reset link
You may be trying to log into Welcome to the Jungle, not Welcome Kit! Since your account does not exist as a candidate account, it is normal to not receive an email.
If you are on Welcome Kit, and you do not receive a password reset email, it is possible that the address you enter is different from the one on Welcome Kit.
If you are on Welcome Kit, that the address is the right one, check that you have clicked on the "I am not a robot" box.
To receive instructions by e-mail, don't forget to check the box that says "I am not a robot".
Finally, if you have followed all these steps, and nothing happens (the email does not arrive after 10 minutes) you can contact a Welcome to the Jungle team member via the chat tool at the bottom of the page 😊
