Connecting through SSO to your Welcome to the Jungle products 🔑

💡 If, for you, SSO rhymes with "SOS", this article is for you! Let us tell you everything you need to know about it.

 

🧠 Understanding SSO

Here's a little definition of SSO from the internet:

"Single sign-on (SSO) is an authentication scheme that allows a user to log in with a single ID and password to any of several related, yet independent, software systems. True single sign-on allows the user to log in once and access services without re-entering authentication factors."

In short, it's a lot of complicated words for something very simple: in simple terms, a Single Sign-On (SSO) allows you, the user, to log in to all Welcome to the Jungle Solutions products at once, with no need to log in separately to Welcome to the Jungle Solutions ATS and all the other products (we've got lots of new stuff coming!).

We switched to this log-in system to make things easier for our users in general, and allow administrators to manage the access of the company users on a single interface! We'll tell you more 👀

 

🚙 Using SSO for Welcome to the Jungle

From now on, when you log in to one of our products, you will first land on this page:

 

This page gives you access to all the rest of Welcome to the Jungle. This is where everything starts from, and where you will be able to find key information regarding our news, our products, the management of your members (if you have an admin account on the Welcome to the Jungle Solutions ATS), and your personal settings too.

💡 So the URL you need to remember is this one: https://admin.welcometothejungle.com/

 

You will just have to log in to choose the product of your choice!

 

🔗 Setting up Google Connect or Microsoft Connect to access the platform 

If you have a Gmail or Microsoft address, you can now link it to your Welcome to the Jungle Solutions account and easily use the Google Connect or Microsoft Connect button!

 

To do this, go to your account settings by clicking on the icon at the bottom left of the homepage screen:

Once on the page, click on the "Security" tab, then "Manage" from the « Sign-in > Sign-in with" panel:

Once your Gmail address or Microsoft address is indicated, follow the instructions to associate your two accounts:

Well done! Your Welcome to the Jungle Solution account is associated ⭐️
