โ ๏ธ Please note that this pipeline update will only be effective on your new job listings. If you want to update the pipeline of an existing job listing, you need to modify the pipeline directly from the job listing's settings.
The second part of this article explains how to do it!

Add Categories to the Default Pipeline or an existing Job Pipeline
When you update the default job listing pipeline or create a customized pipeline, at the time of creating the column, you must name it and also assign it a category:
You can choose one from 7 different categories, each representing a general step in the recruitment process:
- New
- Process
- Offer
- Refused
- Hired
- Pool
- Onboarding
Unlike the column titles, these categories are not customizable and must be added to each column of your pipelines.๐ก
This categorization will enable you to obtain more reliable statistics and ensure more precise tracking of your recruitments, which is why it is mandatory when you save your column changes.
Our pipelines are now no longer a mystery to you! โจ
