Here is a definition of the main concepts currently available:

    Reply coverage

This is the percentage of candidates who have received at least one email from you. Of course, the automatic response email at the time of application is not taken into account.

    Average response time

This is the average time between the application and the first email sent to the candidate. This time is given in calendar days.

    Average time to qualify

This is the average time between the application and its transfer to the first "positive" step in your pipeline (i.e. any step except "Refused")

⚠️ The data may be wrong if you have renamed the default step "To Refuse"

    Average time to disqualify

This is the average time between the application and its transfer to the "Rejected" column of your pipeline.

    Average time to hire

The average time between the application and the moment it is transferred to the "Hired" column of your pipeline, which is the average time to hire an applicant.

How to read the recruitment milestone analysis πŸ“š

This chart gives you a detailed understanding of how your recruitment pipelines work.

For each step you will find :

    • The number of applicants who went through this step
    • The % of these applicants who went to the next step
    • The number of applicants currently in that step
    • The average time spent by applicants in this step of your pipeline

The "Remove steps from analysis" button allows you to remove from your analysis any non-chronological steps of your pipeline ("good profile, to keep" for example) or to better visualize potential drops between two steps.
