    ❓ Welcome to the Jungle Solutions ATS statistics: what is it? 

    The Welcome to the Jungle Solutions ATS statistics are the key elements desired by the whole HR sphere as being essential to monitor at best its recruitment process and reorganize if necessary the internal resources. 

    This new view has been designed for recruiters who regularly need to share quick and easy data during their HR meeting. 

    Key data includes applicant response rate, average response time, time to qualify, and time to hire. We created an article specifically for these definitions, which you can read ➡️ here. ⬅️

    🛠️ Where to find the statistics?

    To view the statistics mentioned above, simply click from your dashboard on the little "All New, All Beautiful" button.

    The statistics are accessible for each offer.

    Key stats are shown by default, and the bar chart visual allows you to see at a glance how many candidates are in each stage of your pipeline. 

     

    🔎 Zoom in on the statistics of an offer

    If needed, you can go into a deeper detail of the offers.

    When you click on the small "Advanced Statistics" button, a window opens on your dashboard, to reveal more information about this offer.

    This detail allows you to see the time spent in each step of the pipeline, and the percentage of conversion from one step to another. 

    If you want to hide or reveal certain steps, simply check or uncheck the steps:

    ☝️ Some remarks

    • The statistics are only available per offer for the moment. There are no global statistics allowing to calculate the qualification steps, and the average recruitment time for all the offers.
    • It is not possible to export these reports at this time.
