💡 If you want to find out how to add or eliminate members from Welcome Kit, this article is for you!
1 - Add a member
🎉 Organisations can have an unlimited number of Welcome Kit accounts/licenses.
If you have Admin status, you can easily invite new members to your team via Settings > Members (by clicking your company logo at the top left):
A few details:
- When you create a new member, they receive the following email inviting them to create their account and set a password.
- By default, the alias generated will be firstnameSurname (e.g. "johnSmith") - you can of course change it!
2 - Remove a member of the organization
If you have Admin status within your organization, each member's file, accessible from Menu> Members (by clicking on your company logo at the top left), allows you to:
- Change their nickname
- Change their status
- Remove them from your organization by clicking on Remove at the top right.
Here's the procedure to follow :
Doing this on your own profile allows you to withdraw from an organization to no longer receive notifications at all (which is useful in the event that you no longer wish to be associated with the Demo space for example).
