Organize, and regularly store application pipes in Welcome to the Jungle Solutions ATS πŸ“

Table of contents

πŸ’‘ Here are some good habits to establish in your use of Welcome to the Jungle Solutions ATS to optimize navigation in the tool and avoid some slowness !

Place candidates in the right columns

Before being archived, an applicant should logically be in one of these two columns:

    • Rejected
    • Hired

To get realistic statistics on your recruiting efforts, these two columns must be filled in to allow Welcome Kit to identify your offer statistics.

⚠️ A column in which there are still applications - even archived - cannot be modified and will not be taken into account in your statistics.

    Archive processed applications regularly

Respond to all your applicants, and place in the correct column at the end of the application process.

Don't wait until you have 100 applications in the "rejected" column to archive them πŸ€ͺ. Indeed, their presence in the offer with all the associated content (resume, emails...) considerably slows down the performance of the application on this given offer (despite all the efforts of our tech team).

We therefore recommend that you regularly perform this manipulation. This article guides you through the quick processing of several applications.

Please note that an archived candidate does not disappear from your database, nor from your statistics! You can consult their application at any time in the Applicant tab by using the filters.
