Export all your applications in Welcome to the Jungle Solutions ATS

⛔ It is not possible to download all your applications in an Excel file from Welcome to the Jungle Solutions ATS. If you change your ATS and need to export these applications, we invite you to contact your account manager. ⛔

Export the data of an application in CSV format

🔒 This feature is limited to users with Admin rights on Welcome to the Jungle Solutions ATS

On the other hand, it is possible to export the data of a candidate, if for a particular reason you want to keep it or share it outside the tool.

On each application form, there is a button allowing to download the personal data of an application.

To do this you need to go to the section Application > Personal data management, under the cover letter in each applicant file:

A simple click on the icon at the bottom right of the page will bring up a menu:

• The date of application
• The date of the end of consent for the personal data of the application (The end of the consent period has been set to 31/12/2018 for all applications dating from before 31/12/2016)
• A button allowing you to download the data of this application in CSV to send it to the applicant.

Clicking on the Download to CSV button will download all personal data for this application to your computer.

Once reordered, here is an overview of what this CSV document contains :

⚠️ Please keep in mind that the retention period for this data is always effective. You should not keep the file beyond the candidate's consent period. Here is more information about the GDPR rule that applies.
