1 - Choose the documents applicants can attach to their application
On the Welcome to the Jungle Solutions ATS you can select the documents that applicants should attach to their application when applying from your Welcome to the Jungle profile or a career website powered by the Welcome to the Jungle Solutions ATS.
To customize the required documents, go to the job editing form, in the section "Application form". Then, select the different documents you wish to receive from candidates and decide wether they are mandatory or optional.
2 - Add open questions to the application form
The Welcome to the Jungle Solutions ATS also allows you to add open questions to further guide applications, and have candidates write about specific subjects important to your eyes, rather than uploading another cover letter.
To add open questions, open the job editing form, go to the "Application form" section and go to the bottom of the page to the field "Questions" and type the questions you would like to add:
Candidates' responses will appear in their records between the cover letter and applicant's history.
3 - Assign recruiters
To select which recruiters will receive a daily email with updates about the post (1 email per day), go to the "Hiring process" section and choose who is involved in this recruitment.
Please note that if you select "restricted" members, they will gain access to the job pipeline and will be able to review all candidates' records.
4 - Broadcast your jobs from the Welcome to the Jungle Solutions ATS
To publish your job post, go to the "Visibility" section of the form and select the websites where you want the job to be published with the toggle button:
It can be on:
- Your organisation's profile on Welcome to the Jungle
- Your Career Website powered by the Welcome to the Jungle Solutions ATS
- On Job boards or any other partner website
🎉 Once the form is ready, click on "Post" to officially publish your jobs and let the candidates apply!
