Once the job offer have been re-read, approved and is ready to go live; there are 3 last steps in the edition form to complete.
1- Choose the documents candidates can attach to their application
On Welcome Kit you can select the documents that an applicant should attach to their application when applying from your Welcome to the Jungle profile or a careers site powered by Welcome Kit.
To customize the required documents, go to the edition form of an offer, in the section 2 "Application form options". Then, select the different documents you wish to receive from candidates and decide wether they are required or optional.
2- Add open questions to the application form
Welcome Kit also allows you to add open questions to further guide applications, and have candidates work on specific subjects important to your eyes, rather than uploading another cover letter.
To add open questions, open the form to edit an offer, in the 2.2 section (Add a questionnaire) options click on the "Add a question" button.
Applicants' responses will appear in their record between the covering letter and applicant history.
3- Broadcast your jobs from Welcome Kit
To publish your offer, go in the section 3 of the form and select thee sites where the offer should be published. It can be on
- Your organisation showcase on Welcome to the Jungle
- Your Career Website powered by Welcome Kit
- On Job boards or any other partner website
4- Assign recruiters
To select recruiters that will receive a daily email with updates about the post (1 email per day), go to the section 4 and choose who is concerned with this recruitment.
Please note that if you select "limited" members, those restricted member will gain access to edit and participate in the offer or review candidates.
