Add your teams information on the Welcome to the Jungle Solutions ATS ποΈ

The number of jobs you can post on Welcome to the Jungle is unlimited, just like the number of user licences. This is why one of the first things we ask you to do, is to setup your teams.
π To create teams on Welcome Kit, you should have admin rights.
1 - How to categorize your jobs?
Before creating, and publishing multiple job posts, you should first decide how you want to organise them, making it easier for your recruiting teams and candidates.
Jobs can be classified based on:
- organisation teams
- contract type
- seniority level
- offices...
In the Welcome to the Jungle Solutions ATS, these job groups are named "teams".
To choose the right classification, you should put yourself in the shoes of occasional Welcome Kit users who will have to connect once per week only in order to check 2 jobs :
π€ What would be more practical for them? Will they give their opinion on all candidates for one specific job, or will they need to be aware of what is happening in every area ...?
You should discuss with your recruiting team on what you decide, depending on the volume of jobs you will publish, and your current organisation.
This job classification will be visible on your Welcome to the Jungle Solutions ATS dashboard as seen above, and also on your career website as you can see below. If you don't have a career website yet, click here to learn how to get one.
2 - Create the teams
To create & edit the teams, click on Settings (top left) > Company > select Teams > Yellow button "Create a new team"
You can create as many teams as you want, and make a team visible or hidden and rename it by clicking on the team.
You can link a jobs to a team when filling the creation form, in the first section. If no team is chosen, the job will be automatically classified in the team called "other".
