💡 During Welcome to the Jungle Solutions ATS setup, you need to fill in your billing informations based on the payment method you prefer. There are 3 types of billing options based on your history with Welcome to the Jungle.
1 - Welcome to the Jungle Solutions ATS billing options
Welcome to the Jungle Solutions ATS is included in your Welcome to the Jungle subscription. You have two possibilities of payments
- Annual Payment: Invoice is sent to your accounting team for wire transfer
- Monthly Payment by credit card or SEPA direct debit: We use Chargebee as our monthly direct debit tool.
If you don't have any Welcome to the Jungle subscription, skip this step.
If you did not choose the Monthly Payment, you can directly jump to the third step of your Welcome to the Jungle Solutions ATS setup
2 - Set up your Monthly Payment in Welcome to the Jungle Solutions
🔒 To access billing settings, you need to be logged-in and have the admin status on both the organization and the ATS levels.
On Welcome to the Jungle Solutions first setup, a banner will invite you to access Billing settings to fill in your payment information.
To add your information, go to Admin Space, then click on the icon with your picture on the bottom right of the screen. In the drop-down menu, select Organization settings :
On the new page, click on "Billing " on the banner at the top of the screen :
Once you have clicked on "Update payment method", you will be redirected to a new page where you can enter your bank details:
⚠️ Entering your banking details automatically triggers your annual subscription first payment.
The next payments will be made automatically every month.
No credit card or SEPA information is stored in Welcome to the Jungle Solutions, the payment is managed and secured by Chargebee.
