💡 If you would like to remove a job post from your Welcome to the Jungle profile and are using our ATS, please follow the steps below.

Is it possible to delete a job post?

No, a job post created in the ATS cannot be permanently deleted. To remove it from your profile, your Career website or partner job boards, you have to archive it.

An archived job post will no longer appear in your profile and will no longer be referenced on our website. However, if a candidate has saved the link to the job post, they will still be able to access and view it, but they will not be able to submit their application.

💤 How to archive a job post?

First of all, only those with the role of Administrator or Member in the ATS can archive a job.

If you have one of these roles, there are two ways to archive an job:

    1. From the dashboard

    • Find the job you want to archive from the dashboard.
    • Click on the three small dots to the right of the job.
    • Select "Archive".

    📈 Track your recruitment statistics

After clicking on "Archive", a pop-up window will appear to confirm the action.

You will then be asked to answer three questions, including whether the position has been filled and whether the candidate was found using Welcome to the Jungle:

Your answers are essential: they enable us to enrich the statistics in our Analytics tool and optimize your recruitment follow-up.

💡If you'd like to pause your job post because you haven't found the perfect candidate yet, simply answer "No" to the first question and the job post will be archived.

Once the job post has been archived, you can consult the conversion journey of candidates directly in the Analytics "Recruitment" tab.

💡 The "Number of hires" column is based on the number of candidate files moved to the "Hired" column

    Here are a few tips:

    • Be sure to move the other candidates to the "Refused" column when your recruitment is done. This allows candidates to be notified of your decision.
    • Don't forget to archive the applications to keep your ATS at peak performance.
    • An archived job post can be re-published or drafted, this is not a definitive action.
