Hiring funnel in Welcome to the Jungle Analytics ๐ผ
Table of contents
๐ก Only clients using WttJ-ATS with an "Employer Brand Manager" role have access to the recruitment section and funnel in the Analytics tab.
Why was the Hiring funnel created? ๐
This section allows you to clearly and accessibly view your recruitment performance on Welcome to the Jungle. You can now see at a glance:
- the number of applications received via Welcome to the Jungle,
- the number of qualified applications,
- the number of hires made through Welcome to the Jungle.
These data are now directly accessible from your account on Welcome Solutions via the Analytics page.
What exactly does this section measure? ๐
This Hiring funnel tracks recruitment performance over a given period and displays:
- Number of unique visitors to your job listings (who have viewed at least one job posting)
โ ๏ธ Note this is not the number of visitors to your showcase but specifically to your offers in the โJobsโ tab. - Number of unique clicks on "Apply" (on job postings)
- Number of candidates (candidates in the pipeline with new status)
- Number of qualified candidates (status being processed)
- Number of offers sent (offer sent status)
- Number of hires (hired status)
The funnel also calculates conversion rates between each step.
The data is based on the categorization of stages in your candidate pipeline. If the figures do not meet your expectations, check the proper use of statuses in your pipeline. Without pipeline management, data cannot be accurately accounted for.
