Are you planning to recruit in the next few months and would like to start searching talent now? Then it's time to create your project in Talent Sourcing!

    📄 Create a new project

The "Project" feature allows you to organize your talent searches without having to create job posts first. This can be particularly useful if you have planned recruitments but don't want to publish the jobs on your Welcome to the Jungle profile yet.

On the Talent Sourcing homepage, you can start by creating a new project.

Click on the "New project" button, then, name your project before saving it. It is not mandatory to associate it with a job immediately; it will be required when you decide to contact talent.

This gif guides you through each step of the process:

In your project, you can view your shortlisted talents, continue your talent search or manage your contact requests.

⚠️ Important note: For now, projects cannot be archived or deleted. However, you can rename them if necessary.

If you have already associated a job with a project, you will not be able to replace it with another one. In this case, you'll have to create a new project.

🔖 Add talents to shortlist and contact them

Once you've created your project, you can start searching for talent! If certain profiles catch your attention, you can save them to contact them later.

To do this, click on the "bookmark" icon on the profile you're interested in and save it in the project of your choice:

All the talent you have saved can be found in the "Shortlist" tab of your project:

To contact a candidate from your shortlist or from the "Talent search" tab, you must first select a job and associate it with your project:

Once you've associated the job, you can send your message! For more details, this article from our Help Center explains how to contact talent

    📈 Track your project's performances

By clicking on a project line, you can access a general overview of your shortlist, your contact follow-ups and your project's performances:

Performances are based on the responses of the talent you contacted.

💡Currently, the performances displayed include all your interactions since the project was created, it is not possible to select a specific period.

You can also find the key figures for all of your projects on the Talent sourcing homepage:
