Best practices for communicating effectively your profile update needs 🔄

    💡 You would like to redesign your profile, but you don't have the possibility to add new blocks and delete certain fields? In this article we'll give you some tips on how to best address your request!

    Why is it important to carefully formulate your requests for profile modifications? 📩

    A well-structured request speeds up the processing of your modifications and avoids unnecessary back-and-forth. If you provide us with complete and accurate information from the start, we can ensure a faster update that meets your expectations.

    Which elements do you need to provide for a profile modification? 📎

    To enable us to carry out your updates, please send us:

    • The texts to be modified or added, in the form of a document (".DOCX" file or PowerPoint)
    • Visual content: photos, as attachments (JPEG, PNG) or as screenshots, if they are already in your content library, attached to the e-mail.
    • Video content, as screenshots if already present in your content library, or if you wish to add new videos, please send us the YouTube or Vimeo URL (we don't store videos on our platform).
    • The page mock-up, clearly indicating the location of the desired changes.

    How to optimize your request for faster processing? 🚅

    • Be precise in your instructions (e.g. "replace image X with image Y").
    • Make sure that the files you provided are of good quality
    • Clearly indicate the areas concerned in your mock-up or screenshots.
    • Send all elements at once to avoid fragmented exchanges.
    • Provide documents with no access request and which are not read-only

    Editing from the Profile editor ✍️

    The Profile editor allows you to modify text and replace your content with elements present in your library. Please note that you cannot add new blocks or external photos and videos.
