    🔍 Understanding unlisted jobs

    The Welcome to the Jungle Solutions ATS comes with four different job status options:
    • Draft: The job is invisible to candidates, ideal for pausing recruitment or redefining a position before republishing. You can still access the pipeline to manage applications.
    • Published: The job is visible on selected broadcasting channels (like your Welcome to the Jungle profile, your career website, etc.). Candidates can search for it and apply.
    • Unlisted: The job is published but not visible on our job board or any browsers. Candidates can only apply if they have the direct link to the job (option only available with a Welcome to the Jungle subscription).
    • Archived: The job is deactivated and removed from  your Profile and any other channels. It remains accessible for managing applications.
    The unlisted job is ideal for sharing a job post in a targeted way, such as for internal recruitment or for a strategic position. It is also useful for recruitment, allowing your employees to share the direct link with candidates they wish to recommend.

    ⚒️ Setting up an unlisted job

    To post an unlisted job, you have two options:
    1. Create a new job and assign it the status “Post as unlisted”
    2. Change the status of an existing job.
    For a new job, once ready, click the arrow to the right of the “Post” button and select “Post as unlisted”

    For an existing job, go to the ATS dashboard, select the job to modify by clicking the three dots on the right, then choose “Post as unlisted”

    ⚠️ Important: The unlisted status requires a Welcome to the Jungle profile and and that this broadcasting channel is selected in the job settings. Otherwise, the direct link cannot be created.

    💡 You can also change the status of jobs from the “Job Management” tab. Once on the job line, from the “Actions” column, select the “Edit” option. In the job settings, click the arrow to the right of the “Update” button and choose the “Unpublish and publish as unlisted” option.

    📤 Sharing an unlisted job

    All your unlisted jobs are available in the “Unlisted” tab from the ATS dashboard or the “Job Management” page:

    To get the link to the job, go to the job pipeline and click the “View” button:

    A new page will open with your job on Welcome to the Jungle. Copy and paste the link from your browser:

    And there you go! 🎉 With this direct link, candidates can apply, and you can manage the recruitment from the job pipeline.
