    💡 Now that you’ve understood how our Sourcing tool works, this guide explains how to engage with talents and track your contact requests.

    💬 Contacting a Talent via the Sourcing Tool

    How to contact a talent?

    After selecting one of your active or archived job posts in the Sourcing space, a list of talents matching your search criteria will appear. The filters are automatically applied, but you can modify them to refine your search.

    Browse the list of talents, and if a profile interests you, click the “Contact” button located at the bottom left of the talent card.

    How to write your message?

    When you click the “Contact” button, a panel will open where you can provide all the necessary information to make your proposal clear and appealing:

    This message serves as your first point of contact with your talent: you will have the opportunity to present the position, explain what caught your attention in the talent's profile, and discuss the compensation and benefits offered by your company.
    By using the "Generate" button, our AI will create a personalized message that incorporates elements from the talent's profile and your offer, which you can then adapt to your needs. Finally, you will have the option to add content about your employer brand and highlight an interview with one of your employees who will be working in the same team as the talent.

     

    ⚠️ You can only send a proposal to the same talent for a specific position once. Make sure to carefully select and craft your message to encourage a response.

     

    What does the talent see?

    Once the message is sent, the talent receives an email inviting them to review the proposal in their Talent space.

    When the talent clicks “View Proposal,” they will see the following in their candidate dashboard:

    👁️‍🗨️ Tracking Your Contact Requests in the Sourcing Tool

    All the talents you’ve contacted will appear in the “Follow-up” section for the relevant job post in your Sourcing space. This allows you to easily monitor responses.

    To boost response rates, we’ve implemented two automatic reminders for talents who haven’t replied:

    • After 7 days.
    • After 14 days.

    Talents can respond to proposals directly from their Welcome to the Jungle profile, centralizing feedback. You’ll see positive or negative responses updated in your tool automatically.

    Their reply will also update the status of your leads and the candidate’s profile.

    Additionally, you’ll receive an email notification when a talent responds.

    ➕ Adding a Talent from the Sourcing Tool to a Job Offer Pipeline

    If you want to add a talent to the pipeline of a job offer, follow these steps:

    1. Ensure the talent has accepted your proposal.
    2. Download the candidate's profile information as a PDF.

    3. Add the profile to the WTTJ ATS or your external ATS by importing the downloaded data.
