    Choose Your Role

To access Talent Sourcing, you first need to unlock your product access and choose your role! Additionally, you must have at least one license for one of your collaborators to use this feature and contact talents. There are two distinct roles in Talent Sourcing:

    • Recruiter: Can search for and contact talents. This role is limited by the number of licenses your company owns. To access Talent Sourcing, reach out to your Account Manager (AM) to purchase your license.
    • Guest: Can search for talents but cannot contact them.

This article in our Help Center explains how to modify and update your collaborators’ roles on WTTJ Solutions.

⚠️ Only an Administrator or a member with the “Collaborator Management” role has the permissions needed to modify access to the platform’s various products.

    Begin a Talent Search

Before starting your talent search, you must have published at least one job posting (whether online or not) on Welcome to the Jungle. Our tool suggests various talent profiles based on your job postings on Welcome to the Jungle Solutions, making it easier to target profiles matching your open roles:

    Search Filters

Talent Sourcing offers several filters to adjust your criteria:

    • Job Title: Pre-filled with the role/profession linked to the posting, matched to roles listed in talents’ profiles.
    • Location: Choose a city for the talent search and adjust the search radius as needed.
    • Seniority: Filter talents by the level of seniority specified in their profiles.
    • Skills: Search by software, tools, or skills needed.
    • Keywords: Add additional information to target the most suitable profile for the position. Keywords are searched in candidates’ education, job titles, and descriptions of past experiences.
    • Annual Salary: Set the maximum budget for the role. Candidates with higher salary expectations will not appear, but profiles with no specified salary will still be shown.

You can modify these filters via the panel on the left side of the screen. Once updated, Talent Sourcing will show you profiles closest to your criteria.

💡 Talent profiles come from Welcome to the Jungle’s database! All users have created Candidate accounts and completed their profiles themselves.

Found the perfect profile? 🤩 To view detailed information, click directly on the talent’s name or the “Contact” button. The profile will expand on the right side of your screen:

    Each profile includes:

    • The role the candidate is seeking.
    • Their experience and skills.
    • Education details.
    • Resources like resumes, social media links, or websites.

While you can access the candidate’s contact information through their CV, we recommend reaching out directly via Talent Sourcing. This allows you to include elements from your company page that enhance your Employer Branding. Adding personalized content, like employee interviews, can increase response rates by up to 40%.

💡 Seniority, skills, and salary ranges on talent profiles are self-reported, meaning candidates provided this information when completing their profiles.
