Share your Welcome to the Jungle jobs on APEC 🧑‍💻 (in Beta)

📣 A few words about multiposting from WTTJ Solutions ATS

The main benefit of multiposting is to automate the broadcasting of your jobs on your different job boards or social networks! Thanks to this technology, you no longer need to enter your jobs several times on different platforms. From WTTJ Solutions ATS, we provide you with a multiposting tool enabling you to broadcast all your jobs on APEC automatically.

The second advantage of this tool is that candidates are automatically redirected to your Welcome to the Jungle jobs, and you can receive and manage their applications directly from our ATS.

Integration between our ATS and APEC is just a few clicks away 🖱️! The following section explains how to set it up, step by step.

 

🖇️ Setting up APEC integration

⚠️ You must have the Administrator or Member role at the “ATS” product level to be able to access these settings. Just in case, this article tells you more about the different roles within the WTTJ Solutions platform.

The first step is to connect your company's APEC profile with our ATS. To do this, you'll need the following information:

- Your NAF code
- Your SIRET number
- Your legal company name

Once you have this information, go to the ATS settings, select the “Integrations” tab.

Then, in the “APEC” insert, click on the “Connect” button.

 

You will then be asked to enter your company details and save them:

 

Once connected, your jobs will be automatically posted on APEC within 24 to 72 hours.

 

💫 Publish your jobs on the APEC website

⚠️ Once the integration is set up, you can select which jobs to broadcast on APEC by going to your job post settings.

You can check whether the connection has been established directly from the job creation form in the “Distribution” tab. If the job is broadcast on APEC, the APEC insert will be ticked in yellow, otherwise, it will be blank:

Your jobs will be visible to candidates directly in the APEC job search results.

💡 In the event of a job modification or status change (draft or archived), the update will be taken into account by APEC within 48 to 72 hours.

 

👀 Track your applications from APEC

When integration is active, your applications are tracked directly from our ATS. You don't need to add a referrer at the end of your links; this is added automatically when your jobs are published.

💡 The source of the application will also appear at the top of the candidate file and the “Statistics” tab.

 

🚫 Disable integration with APEC

⚠️ You must have the Administrator or Member role at the “ATS” product level to access these settings. Just in case, this article tells you more about the different roles within the WTTJ Solutions platform.

If you no longer wish to post your jobs on APEC, go to ATS settings, then to the “Integration” tab, select the “APEC” insert then uncheck the button (it will change from yellow to gray):

Your new jobs will no longer be published on APEC. If you already have jobs published when you deactivate the connection, these jobs will be removed from APEC within 72 hours.
