Publish your Welcome to the Jungle jobs on LinkedIn 👨🏽‍💻

📣 A few words about multiposting from Welcome to the Jungle Solutions ATS

The main benefit of multiposting is to automate the publishing of your job posts on your different job boards or social networks! Thanks to this technology, you no longer need to enter your jobs several times on different platforms. From the Welcome to the Jungle Solutions ATS, we provide you with a multiposting tool enabling you to publish all your jobs on LinkedIn automatically.

The second advantage of this tool is that candidates are automatically redirected to your Welcome to the Jungle jobs, and you can receive and manage their applications directly from our ATS.

Integration between our ATS and LinkedIn is just a few clicks away 🖱️! The following section explains how to set it up, step by step.

🖇️ Setting up the integration with LinkedIn 

⚠️ You must have the Administrator or Member role in the ATS to be able to access these settings. Just in case, this article tells you more about the different roles within the Welcome to the Jungle Solutions platform.

The first step is to connect your company's LinkedIn profile with our ATS, for which you'll need your LinkedIn Company ID.

⚠️ If you don't remember your LinkedIn Company ID, click here to know how to find it!

Once you have this information, go to the ATS settings and select the “Integration” tab:

Then, in the LinkedIn box, click on the "Connect" button:

You will then be asked to enter your LinkedIn Company ID and save this information:

Once connected, your jobs will be automatically posted on LinkedIn within 48 to 72 hours.

 

💫 Broadcast your jobs on LinkedIn

⚠️ Once the integration is in place, you can select which jobs you'd like to broadcast by going back to each job's settings (on the Broadcasting tab). 

When the job is published on LinkedIn, the toggle button will be yellow:

Your jobs will be visible to candidates directly in the job search results on LinkedIn :

If the job is modified or its status is changed (draft or archive), the update will be taken into account by LinkedIn within 48 hours.

 

⚠️ If the offer is not visible after this period : do not modify or republish the job and contact our Care team using the assistance button at the bottom right of the screen.

 

👀 Track and manage applications coming from LinkedIn

When integration is active, your job applications are tracked directly from our ATS. You don't need to add a referrer at the end of your links; it will be added automatically when your jobs are published.

You can see the source of the application directly from the candidate's file:

If you wish to share your Welcome to the Jungle job in a LinkedIn publication, we recommend that you retrieve the link from LinkedIn directly so as not to lose the tracking!

💡 If your company has the advanced features of our ATS (from the Pro plan), this information will also be available in the “Statistics” tab.

🚫 Deactivate integration with LinkedIn

⚠️ You must have the Administrator or Member role in the ATS to be able to access these settings. Just in case, this article tells you more about the different roles within the Welcome to the Jungle Solutions platform.

If you no longer wish to post your jobs on LinkedIn, go to the ATS settings, then to the “Integration” tab, select the “LinkedIn” box and click on the toggle button (it will turn from yellow to grey): 

Your new jobs will no longer be published on LinkedIn. If you already have jobs published at the time of deactivation, these jobs will be removed from LinkedIn within 72 hours.

 

⚠️ Important Information about Multi-Posting to LinkedIn

We currently offer the LinkedIn Limited Listings service, which is free and does not require a paid subscription. This service allows you to target only active candidates, who must actively search to discover your job listings.

However, we do not allow the multi-posting of your sponsored job offers (job slots purchased from LinkedIn). These job offers benefit from increased visibility, reaching people who are not actively job hunting.
