Modify or cancel your video and photo shoot date 🚫

✨ Do you need to reschedule your shoot due to an unexpected event? This article is for you!
⚠️ This section is only visible to the user who completed the onboarding process; only this person can request to reschedule or cancel the shoot from the platform.
⏸️ Reschedule your shoot date
To reschedule your shoot date, go to the Welcome to the Jungle Solutions platform!
From the "Your Onboarding" section on the homepage, in the "Book and prepare your shoot" box, click on the "Manage my shoots" button:
⚠️ Note! If the request for modification is made less than 5 working days before the shoot date, a fee of €500 (excluding VAT) will be applied.
After clicking this button, you will see the information for your reserved shoot(s) (Master subscription: up to 3 shoots possible). You can edit the booking :
By rescheduling the shoot, you can select a new date and time:
Once your new choice is confirmed, you can find the new shoot date directly on the platform's homepage.
The shoot's point of contact will also receive a confirmation email with the new shoot date.
⚠️ Depending on the availability of our directors, we may contact you within 48 hours to propose another shoot date.
⏹️ Cancel your shoot date
Again, from the "Your Onboarding" section on the homepage, in the "Manage my shoots" box, you can edit the reservation and choose to cancel the booking :
⚠️ Note! If the cancellation request is made less than 5 working days before the shoot date, a fee of €500 (excluding VAT) will be applied.
A window will open to confirm your cancellation:
Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive an email to confirm this action. The box for booking your shoot on the onboarding page will appear as incomplete:
⏯️ Reschedule a shoot date after cancellation
To reschedule your shoot, simply click on the "Book" button again from the Welcome to the Jungle Solutions platform and fill in the information that will allow our Onboarding team to organize your shoot:
