If you wish to publish your profile and your first job posts as soon as possible, this article is for you!
Publish your profile on Welcome to the Jungle β
The first step is to publish your profile, containing the essential information about your company!
In the meantime, you can continue your onboarding process with the organisation of your photoshoot, the creation of your profile etc, all this while starting your recruitment.
To publish your profile, from your homepage, click on the black button "Publish my profile" in the blue banner:
When you click on "Publish my profile", a new page will open, allowing you to preview your profile and asking you to confirm its publication.
This profile will contain the essential information such as your company introduction, location, key figures and links to your website and social networks.
Authorize billing for your subscription π°
Any request to publish your profile involves activating the billing of your subscription. This is why, after clicking on the "Publish my profile" button, you must authorize billing for your subscription and provide your billing information if you haven't already:
β οΈ If you have chosen the monthly payment method for your subscription, don't forget to fill in your bank details in advance! Only then will your profile be published.
Edit my profile π©βπ»
If you wish to change some of the information you have already filled in, click on "Edit". You will then be redirected to the profile editor, where you can validate or change information such as :
- your logo
- your company's address, key figures, social networks
- your company's description
Once everything is complete, you can publish your profile!
Publish your first job post π
Now that your profile is published, you can publish your job posts, while continuing to build the ideal profile for your company.
Please note, for premium plan and higher: if you have a connection with an external ATS, you'll have to wait until the integration is finalized before you can post a job. As soon as this is done, you'll be notified immediately!
In the meantime, you can still post jobs with our ATS if you have urgent recruitment needs.
To publish your job post, click on "Create a job post":
Please note: if your job does not appear in your profile, make sure you have selected where you want to display it.
In fact, from the job editing form, you can publish your jobs on:
- your Welcome to the Jungle profile
- your career website generated by the Welcome to the Jungle Solutions ATS
- one of Welcome to the Jungle's partner job boards (Hub BPI, StartHer, Station F, etc.).
β οΈ If none of these websites is chosen, your job will be considered as published, but will not be visible to candidates.
