✨ You've filled in your organization information, your key figures and your company presentation? Now it's time to finalize the first phase of your onboarding journey by adding your billing information!
🏦 Options to finance your subscription
Payment subscription cycles
When setting up your subscription, you can choose between 2 payment cycles:
- Annual payment: The invoice for the full subscription amount will be sent by our Finance team and must be paid within 30 days by bank transfer.
- Monthly payment by credit card or SEPA direct debit: We use Chargebee as our monthly direct debit tool.
When signing your contract, you'll be able to declare your choice to your Account Executive.
Changed your mind during subscription?
If you've chosen monthly billing for your subscription but decide to switch to annual billing during the year, please inform our Finance team of your decision by writing at this address: fr.receivable@wttj.co
⚠️ Please note that if you have chosen annual billing, you will not be able to change your payment frequency during the year.
👩🏻💻 Adding your billing information while onboarding
Monthly billing options
You can share your billing information while setting up your organization at the very beginning of your onboarding journey.
Just select your billing frequency and payment method and:
- SEPA direct debit (recommended)
- Credit card
You will also need to enter contact details for the person or entity to be invoiced and a recipient e-mail address for your invoices.
Once you've completed these fields, click "Confirm" to finalize this first onboarding stage.
⚠️ This information is mandatory to finalize your profile and publish it on Welcome to the Jungle.
Edit your billing information
To edit your billing information later on during the year, go to the "Billing" tab in your Organization settings by clicking the icon at the bottom left of your screen:
