You've just received an email inviting you to join your organization on Welcome to the Jungle and create your account? You've come to the right place. This article will guide you through the steps you need to take.
Access the platform
My account
Your invitation to create and activate your account is sent at the email address you've communicated to our teams when completing your subscription.
The sender of this email is: contact@welcometothejungle.com.
Once you've clicked on "Create my account", you'll be guided through the following steps:
- Download your profile picture (maximum file size is 2 MB)
- Fill in your first name & last name
- Fill in your job title
- Create your password
Congrats and welcome! Your profile has been created.
Set up your company information
You are now on this page as your company's first contact. Here, you can tell us a bit more about your company. Don't worry, you can leave the page at any time and come back later.
This should be quickβwe've even pre-filled a few details that you just need to check!
The first step is to "Set up your organization": You can find out more about this first step in this dedicated article.
Provide access to new members
During this initial onboarding phase, you will not be able to add members to the platform until the phase has been finalized.
However, once you've set up your organization, you'll be redirected to your profile homepage. From there, you can continue your onboarding journey: book your shoot, check out our resources, and so on.
You'll also be able to access member management and create new members.
If you are supported by an HR agency, we recommend that you provide your agency contact so that they can accompany you in the creation of your profile and during the shoot.
