Job Management: How to manage your online offers? 👌
Table of contents
💡 The "Job Management" section has been designed to provide you with an overview of the Job posts currently published on your platform, allowing you to manage them effectively from a single space. Whether you're using Welcome to the Jungle's ATS or an external ATS, this information will be available in both cases!
This article explains how this part is structured.🦴
Overview 👀
In this tab, you will find a table that centralizes all the information related to your online offers and your visibility data on:
- The job title
- Additional contents: which additional contents are active on this offer
- The number of times the page has been viewed
- The number of clicks on "Apply"
- If the offer is boosted and since when
- The date of the last publication
- The type of contract of the offer
Consult the same table for your archived offers in the "Archived" section.
You also have the option to perform quick actions on them:
- "View job online": View the job on your storefront.
