Assign a member to a job in the ATS

💡 Are you looking for a way for your colleagues to keep track of the job activity on the ATS? Then, this article is for you!
⭐️ Add a member to a new job pipeline
After clicking on the “New job” button, go to the “Hiring process” tab on the job creation form.
Once on the page, go to the gray column on the right of the screen and click on the “Members” field:
This is where you'll find the list of all the members who have access to the ATS; you can choose to assign members to a job or remove them from it.
💡 Adding a recruiter to a job is the only way for restricted members to access the job pipeline and the associated applicant records. To learn more about the platform's different roles, go here.
Once you've completed your job post, click on “Save as draft” or on “Publish” in the top right-hand corner of the screen to save the job!
✨ Add a member to an existing job
To be able to assign new members to a job that has already been created without having to go back to the job settings, you need to go to the job pipeline. Then click on the “Menu” arrow on the right of your screen:
This option allows you to add new collaborators to the job, so that they can keep track of the recent activity on this job (new candidates, new comments or e-mails, etc.).
From now on, adding new members to your jobs will be as easy as ABC! ⭐️
