Edit Your Profile with the Profile Editor (Pro / Pro+)! 💗

💡 If you need to make any changes to your profile, such as replacing photos, videos or editing text, it's now possible—here’s how!

Go to the Profile Editor

The Profile editor feature is located in the “Employer Brand” section of the platform.

To access it, click here!

Edit the Cover, Photos, and Videos

1. Cover photo

You can edit the photos on your profile yourself! 📸

To change the cover photo, click on the block so that a banner appears on the right-hand side of your screen. This banner will offer you a choice of other photos from your shoot!

Choose the photo you want and click on the small arrow at the top to confirm your selection:

💡 A little tip: you can drag the cover photo from bottom to top to position it to your liking!

2. Other photos and videos on your profile

To edit photos or videos on your profile page, click on the item you wish to edit so that the banner appears on the right-hand side of the screen. Then select a new photo or video (depending on the type of item selected) from your gallery. Finally, confirm your choice by clicking on the little arrow at the top of the banner:

⚠️ Please note that it is not possible to upload photos or videos other than those taken during your Welcome to the Jungle shoot.

Modify the Mini-Map Address

To change the address on the map thumbnail, click on the block and select the office of your choice from the list.

If your office doesn't appear on the list, click on the “Go to ATS” button to add your new location. This article tells you how to add a new office in the Welcome to the Jungle Solutions ATS if needed.

Modify the Text on Your Tabs

You can now also edit the text of your various tabs directly from the Profile Editor!

• Your company presentation:

With just a few clicks, you can modify your company's presentation texts, which are located on the right-hand side of your profile tab:

• Your key figures:
  

• Your other text blocks and titles:

You can also modify the text and titles in your various tabs; the modifiable items are framed by yellow dotted lines. In order to maintain consistency, certain headings cannot be edited: for example, the “Overview,” “Values,” “Commitment” and “CSR” sections.

 

Hide a section on your profile

Are you rewriting a block of text in your profile? Or do you no longer need to display a section? You can hide information by simply clicking on the following icon:

Once hidden, the section will appear in gray in the Profile editor and will no longer be visible in your published profile: 

To reactivate the section, simply click on the cursor again.

Add a new tab to your profile 

You can now add a new tab to your profile yourself!
To do so, click on "Add a tab":

 

You'll have a choice of tabs to activate, and your subscription allows you a maximum of two:

You can also manage your tabs in the "Manage tabs" section:

Here you can add a new tab or delete an active one : 

Be careful, if you delete a tab, you'll lose all associated content, and you won't be able to recover it. 

You can leave your new tab "unpublished" until you're ready to publish it!

 

Pro+ : Update the other language version of your profile: translate your texts easily.

Need to modify a text on the English version of your profile? You can switch from one language to another directly from the text block and indicate your translated texts!

Please note that this feature is only available for Pro+ subscriptions.
