If you're looking to make your job stand out in the candidates' search, this article is for you!

Welcome to the Jungle allows candidates to search for jobs in a variety of ways. They can search by company, by sector, by occupation, by location, by job title, but also with new search criteria:

    - By remote work policy

    - By salary range

    - By level of education and/or experience required

The more accurate and up-to-date your information, the more likely a candidate will find you or see your jobs.

Be as transparent as possible and provide as much information as possible in order to receive more qualified and informed candidates during your interviews. Bear in mind that almost 20% of candidate searches are carried out using filters.

πŸ’‘ Be careful to enter a salary without decimals.

πŸ’‘ Regarding the remote work filter, make sure you choose the remote work policy actually used in your organization for all your jobs. When a candidate applies for a "fully-remote" job, this means that they are not willing to go to the office once a week; it would be better to choose A few days at home in this case.
